Yep we sure did sell this one…took awhile and the buyer is VERY happy.
All I’m going to say is the video does not do this home justice as far as the experience of previewing goes. What I could not convey through the 1’s and 0’s of this digital facsimile is the affect this home had on me. Very rarely does it happen. This IS an overlooked very cool home. All the windows give you a ”look out” feel that sets this apart from any home I’ve been in and for $56,000, come on man that is a small price for the emotional value this affords. Hard woods and the living room and kitchen were nicely laid out…bla bla bla…just drive by and hike up the stairs (warning health alert!) will give you a taste of what I’m talking about.
