Wow! As I pulled up I was soooo pleased to see this HUD Home. Located at 27 Liberty St. in the city of Auburn just up the road for the hospital. 4 bedrooms, 1.25 baths (toilet in the basement, thanks for asking) The home does need a roof and yes it can be added into the cost of the house. Assessed for $81,300 and HUD’s super price of $45,000 should inspire some attention here.
