Very nice but overpriced Westvale HUD Home. HUD is asking a whopping $161,000! Ouch! The neighbors strongly disagreed with HUD and so does the tax assessor valuing it for $150,000. However there are ways around this and that is why they call me a HUD expert. The most important thing is if you like it. The second is what can we get it for.
