Ok so I work like 6 miles fom this home, but to find this secluded spot where they built this home some 5 years ago challenged my mapping skills. Once you do find it you immediately appreciate how easy it is to find and how close it is to Great Northern mall yet on this dead end street you will find quiet and privacy. Do not take this one lightly. HUD is asking $116,900 and it sold in 2007 for $140,000. BUT with my magic HUD wand you are going to love what I can do for you…seriously.
