Condemned! It states in posted on the door. Really? I did not see anything that would place this propertry in that catagory. HUD is unloading one of Auburn’s worst properties this week. Very nice but overpriced Westvale HUD Home. HUD is asking a whopping $161,000! Ouch! The neighbors strongly disagreed with HUD and so does the tax assessor valuing it for $150,000. However there are ways around this and that is why they call me a HUD expert. The most important thing is if you like it. The second is what can we get it for.
